Life Keeps Moving... Restore Motion
Financial Policy
Yes, we do take Worker's Compensation, and will be happy to communicate with your case manager.  Please let us know you have a worker's compensation claim when you call to schedule.
Your individualized treatment plan will be based on the professional assessment of your physical therapist and physician, not your insurance company.  Your goals will be
established to meet your specific needs.  Restore Motion is a non-participating provider
for most insurance companies so that we can maintain our high standard of care and personalized treatment sessions.
Restore Motion is a non-participating provider for most insurance companies, however, many insurances will provide reimbursement for out-of-network expenses.  We will be happy to provide you with invoices to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Full payment is expected when services are rendered.
Not necessarily.  Our treatments sessions are longer and more involved then what is commonly expected.  As a result, we are frequently able to accomplish a great deal during each session, which can result in fewer sessions needed per week and fewer over-all treatment sessions.  Many patients find physical therapy at Restore Motion to be highly cost effective.
Does this mean this will cost me more out-of-pocket?
Do you take Worker's Compensation?
Do you take Medicare?
Why don't you participate with my insurance plan?
