Peggi’s therapeutic Mind Bodywork practice with Restore Motion focuses on health awareness and how to move beyond chronic pain. She has been cultivating many aspects of Mind Body therapy over the past ten years.
Peggi's specialized modalities include The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic movement reeducation as a Guild Authorized Awareness Through Movement ® teacher, Integrative massage including Swedish and Deep Tissue (DT), CranioSacral (CST), Lymph Drainage (LDT), Positional Release (PRT), Prenatal massage and Essential Oil Therapies. Peggi is also a registered, certified Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP). She sees clients weekdays and weekends and teaches Feldenkrais classes at Restore Motion Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. Classes are open to the public. Peggi well also be teaching at Sibley Hospital and Aspen Hill Tennis and Fitness Club.
Peggi is board certification and registered with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and is National (NCBTMB) and Maryland State certified and licensed in therapeutic bodywork. Trained with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral and Lymph Drainage therapies, she is a member of the International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners, the American Massage Therapy Association, the Alumni Association of Potomac Massage Training Institute and a student member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.
